We maintain a curated vendor list of professionals who know and love the estate, and we're happy to share it as a starting point for your planning.

Can we bring our own vendors to Scarborough House?

Absolutely. We have no mandatory vendor list. You're welcome to bring any licensed and insured caterer, bartender, florist, photographer, videographer, officiant, musician, DJ, or rental company you choose. The only requirements are standard: vendors must carry appropriate liability insurance and conduct themselves professionally on the estate. We do maintain a recommended vendor list of professionals we've worked with and trust, which many couples find a helpful starting point, but the decisions are always entirely yours.

Many of our couples tell us the commute is shorter than getting to some venues in the outer Raleigh metro area, and arriving at a private estate surrounded by hundreds of acres of Carolina farmland makes the journey well worth it. You are welcome to choose any licensed and insured caterer you prefer. We have no mandatory catering vendor. We do maintain a list of caterers who have worked at the estate before and understand the kitchen setup, service flow, and logistics of catering for a weekend wedding at Scarborough House. Many couples start with that list and find a caterer they love. Others come with a caterer already selected. Either approach works perfectly, and we're here to help coordinate regardless of who you bring.
