Guest Capacity at Scarborough House

For clarity, an event guest attends the celebration. An overnight guest is anyone lodging at the estate. The standard $10,500 weekend package supports up to 200 event guests and includes 200 chairs and tables for those chairs, access to available estate decor, all 13 bedrooms with on-site lodging, and the cleaning fee. Food, drinks, bartending, and other vendor services are separate.

The Magnolia Pavilion plus patio can accommodate around 250 event guests, subject to venue review. Events up to 300 event guests require a custom quote, venue approval, and client-paid rentals and infrastructure.

There are 13 bedrooms across the estate, with beds for up to 29 overnight guests, not all inside the historic manor. Room-sharing, bed-sharing, and bunk-bed preferences affect the practical plan. One person per bedroom means 13 overnight guests; two per bedroom is a 26-person planning example, not the maximum. The 29 spaces include 28 standard bedroom sleeping spaces and one open-area bonus twin.
