For clarity, an event guest attends the celebration. An overnight guest is anyone lodging at the estate. The standard $10,500 weekend package supports up to 200 event guests. Tables and chairs are included for 150 event guests.

The Magnolia Pavilion plus patio can accommodate around 250 event guests, subject to venue review. Events up to 300 event guests require a custom quote, venue approval, and client-paid rentals and infrastructure.

For lodging, a couples-first arrangement typically accommodates around 26 overnight guests. Standard bedroom beds sleep 28 overnight guests. One bonus twin in an open area brings the fixed total to 29 overnight bed spaces.
