One price for the entire estate from Friday afternoon through Sunday brunch. The full three-day weekend is $10,500 with no vendor markups and no hidden fees. Intimate all-inclusive micro weddings start at $5,500, and weekday celebrations start at $2,500.
You get the whole property. Thirteen bedrooms sleep 28 overnight guests in standard bedroom beds, plus one bonus twin for 29 fixed overnight bed spaces, five outdoor ceremony sites, the Magnolia Pavilion, the private pool, and active North Carolina farmland views. Nothing is rented by the hour and nobody else is booked the same weekend.
