The Magnolia Pavilion at Scarborough House
The Magnolia Pavilion plus patio accommodates around 250 event guests subject to venue review. The standard $10,500 package supports up to 200 event guests, with tables and chairs included for 150 event guests. Up to 300 event guests requires a custom quote, venue approval, and client-paid rentals and infrastructure. The Magnolia Pavilion has a full roof and open sides, iron chandeliers, string lights across the ceiling, radiant heaters for shoulder season weddings, and ten industrial ceiling fans for summer. The White Oak Bar inside was milled on site from a tree that grew on the property. Built-in warming tables keep buffet service hot through the last event guest in line so your caterer skips the chafing dish rental.
The pavilion sits steps from every ceremony site on the estate. After the ceremony your guests walk to the reception without driving anywhere. Amplified music runs until 11 PM. The estate is in Stantonsburg, NC, about 55 minutes east of Raleigh on US-264 in Wilson County.
