Built-In Warming Tables at Scarborough House

The Magnolia Pavilion at Scarborough House has built-in warming tables along the caterer service wall. They keep buffet and family-style food at temperature through the full length of the dinner service without chafing dishes and fuel cans stacked on banquet tables. Caterers bring food in from outside, load the warming tables, and serve directly to the line. The setup is cleaner, faster, and lets the caterer skip a line item from their rental quote.

The warming tables were installed during the 2021 renovation as part of making the pavilion genuinely caterer-friendly. There are no food and beverage minimums at Scarborough House, and no required catering vendor. Couples bring their preferred caterer or choose from the trusted vendor directory. The pavilion plus patio accommodates around 250 event guests subject to venue review at the estate in Stantonsburg, NC, 55 minutes east of Raleigh.
