Keep Your Wedding Plans Together in the Couples Portal

Wedding details can end up scattered across messages, files, and notes. The Scarborough House Couples Portal gives booked couples one account for several working parts of their wedding plan. It is a planning tool, not a replacement for contracts or direct conversations with your vendors and venue team.

Room assignments

Use the room assignment tool to note who is staying in each listed room. The estate has 13 bedrooms sleep 28 overnight guests in standard bedroom beds. One additional twin in an open bonus area brings the fixed overnight bed spaces to 29. Those are overnight lodging counts, not event attendance. See the guest-capacity guide for the distinctions.

Vendor selections

Browse the listed vendor categories and save the professionals you are considering. The portal lets you mark a selection as interested or booked. Check the vendor's own profile and agreement for current services, pricing, and availability.

Weekend timeline

Thinking about touring? Most couples know within the first ten minutes on the grounds. See tour times or check pricing first.

Build an ordered schedule for events such as the rehearsal, wedding day, or farewell brunch. If you also create a guest-facing wedding page, check the preview and decide which details you want to share publicly.

Planning documents

The documents area is for wedding files shared between the couple and Scarborough House. Couple uploads are stored privately; venue-shared documents are read-only. Use it for planning materials that belong in that shared workspace, and keep any vendor contract or sensitive file in the location agreed with the vendor.

Start with the part that is hardest to keep track of

Room assignments, vendor decisions, a timeline, and shared documents each solve a different planning problem. You do not have to fill everything in at once. The planning tools overview covers more of the resources available to couples.
